Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of MNM Project H.O.P.E. plays a vital role in advancing our mission to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health services and community support. Our board members bring diverse professional expertise, leadership, and a shared passion for empowering youth, individuals, and families to heal, grow, and thrive.

As ambassadors of our organization, the Board provides strategic guidance, ensures sound governance, promotes financial sustainability, and helps cultivate meaningful partnerships that strengthen our impact throughout the communities we serve. United by a commitment to hope, healing, and purpose, our Board of Directors works alongside our leadership team to expand access to quality mental health services and create lasting, positive change for future generations.

MARNICE BAILEY

Marnice brings over 15 years of medical experience and more than six years in social work to the Board of Directors. Her diverse background as a Medical Social Worker and Child Welfare Investigator showcases her dedication to supporting vulnerable children families through safety and healing initiatives. As an Associate Clinical Social Worker, certified mediator, and empowerment coach, she is committed to helping individuals and communities overcome challenges and foster resilience. Currently pursuing her Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification and a Pupil Personnel Services Credential, Marnice aims to expand her impact as a mental health advocate for youth and families.

DIEDRE CARTER

Diedre Robinson Carter is a dedicated community leader with more than 20 years of experience in education, human services, and community engagement. She is passionate about building meaningful partnerships, connecting people to resources, and creating opportunities that strengthen individuals, families, and communities. Diedre is committed to serving with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

FATIMAH HANNIF 

Fatimah Hanif is an award-winning Vibrational Wellness Specialist and a passionate advocate for mental and emotional well-being. As the Director of Mindfulness & Restorative Practices at Watch Me Grow Inc., she develops transformative programs through her organizations, I Maintain, LLC and the I Maintain Foundation. Recogn as the 2025 Woman of the Year by Congressman John Garamendi, Fatimah is also the author of "I’m Tired of Being Toxic: Self-Transformation & Journey." Through her work, she empowers children, families, and educators with practical tools to foster healthier, more communities.

Working Hours

Monday-Friday: 9am to 7pm

Saturday: 9am to 4pm

Sunday: Closed
